When
great design just isn't enough, when you want a kitchen
or bathroom designer to really listen to you, Kitchen
and Bath Factory, Inc., located in Arlington, VA, is
a brilliant performer. You don't have to take our word
for it…your friends and neighbors from all over VA,
Washington D.C. and MD will tell you our design work
speaks for itself! In fact, here's what just a few of
them have to say:
Bob:
I am writing this letter to express my gratitude for a
job well done. I, like many homeowners trying to save
renovation dollars, used Home Center's design services
and ordered my cabinets through Home Center. I now regret
that decision. I approached you to provide a cost
estimate for countertop surfaces. I did so with the full
intention of going back to Home Center with the less
expensive price for a competitive price reduction. I was
surprised, however, when you pointed out numerous design
flaws in the cabinet layout from Home Center. These flaws
included:
- Several incidents of
incorrect cabinet placement that reduced the
functionality of appliances and other cabinets.
- Selecting more
expensive, individual, single function cabinets in
lieu of cabinets that performed multiple functions
at a reduced cost.
- Unwittingly choosing
cabinets that have intrinsic flaws that the
manufacturer refuses to replace since the flaws are
natural defects in the wood.
- Selecting appliance
cabinets that would not hold the appliances I
purchased which has forced the contractors to
manually rebuild the cabinets on site.
I approached
Home Center about returning the order, and they refused. They did,
however, agree to amend the order to correct any
functional deficiencies. This they would not have done
after the cabinets were installed.
I appreciate your advice
and assistance in handling the problems with the cabinet
order and anxiously await the installation of our
granite countertop. I only wish we had approached you
about installing the cabinets before we went to Home
Center - I feel confident you would have given us a
better product. Please feel free to show this letter to
your customers. I will be open to calls during working
hours at the number above.
Sincerely,
J. Brent Williams

Dear
Mr. Kay:
My husband and I would like to express our appreciation
for the courteous, expeditious and professional manner
in which Mr. Ayhan Ozdag of NEKA, Inc., replaced the
cracked granite of our kitchen countertop. Although a
crack in granite appeared to be very unusual, Mr. Ozdag
graciously agreed that it should not have cracked, and
was very amendable to replacing it. Mr. Ozdag and his
staff were very pleasant to work with and they did an
excellent job of working with us to identify a
replacement piece of granite and to arrange to have it
installed.
We appreciate the ease
and pleasantness in which the work was done and thank
you and NEKA staff for this.
Regards,
Lynne D. Lewis

Dear
Bob:
I have lived with my new kitchen for several months and I
love it now as much as I did when it was first
installed. The cabinets are extremely beautiful,
functional and sturdy everyone who walks into my house
comments on their beauty. The contractor you
recommended, Chris Richards, was very helpful, going out
of his way to make sure we were happy with our kitchen.
He recommended a window treatment that brought in the
light I wanted within my budget. The workers he employed
were polite, competent, businesslike, and cleaned up
after themselves every day. The floor installer Chris
recommended was also helpful. The company you
recommended for appliances, Dad's Appliances, gave us a
fair deal and delivered everything as requested.
I am impressed with your
design sense. As you know, it took me several months to
make up my mind You made yourself available both in your
store and in my home to come up with a kitchen plan that
I could work with. My only regret is that I did not take
your advice on the cabinet over the refrigerator-I
should have made it all tray storage as you recommended.
In short, I am very happy
with your work, and have recommended you to several
friends already. Please put me on your list of satisfied
customers.
Sincerely Yours,
Beth Arnaoot

Dear
Bob, Sandy, Chris and Richards Construction:
Now that we have settled in and put things away in our
beautiful new kitchen, we wanted to thank you for the
outstanding and professional job each of you did from
the moment we walked in your door until Chris and his
crew completed the finishing touches!
The coordination between
Kitchen & Bath Factory and Richards Construction
really worked well for us. We feel your design was
creative and thoughtfully planned. High-quality products
were used, and Richards Construction swiftly and
competently completed the installation. We are also
extremely pleased with the additional remodeling and
updating Richards Construction completed while here.
Chris offered many excellent and cost effective
suggestions. The wooden floor border and refinishing,
foyer tile, the attractive recessed lighting, and powder
room fixtures immediately come to mind.
Again, we greatly
appreciate the professional and responsive service we
received. We will recommend you to anyone we know in
need of your expertise and will gladly provide a
reference to future clients. We will be in touch when we
begin our bath and basement remodeling!
With many thanks,
Rex and Kim Wackerle
